Help! I want to logon as a new user but it does not seem to work.

1. HINT: (****) When you get to the second logon window, click**** to logon as new user ****at the top of the page. (click the violet words at the top)
2. Fill in the form with your preferred logon and password and email address, click to send;
   
3. Go to your email inbox. You will find there an email from us:
4. ****Click on the link in that email, to authenticate*****
5. when you click, that opens a new link to the home page;
6. your new password works!

Q: I am an existing ERISK customer, how can I access the new sites ?
Go to each one of the new topic sites and logon to those which interest you:

A: Signup as a new user (create an new logon name and ID). (see above)

1. A standard email will then be sent to the email address you specified.
2. You need to click on this email to activate your account.

Q: What do I get when I sign up, and what will you do with my information ?

A: By signing up you get access to view a limited number of articles for free. We will only use your information for internal housekeeping purposes, and to promote our products to you. We will not sell or rent out your details. While you are not obliged to put in anything more then an email address and password to sign up at this time, providing additional information will provide you with more access once your details have been verified.
