AGL commits to 8 windfarms in plan to meet Renewable Energy Certificates (REC) Obligations

 The AGL wind-list: Michael Fraser, Managing Director, detailed funding of a new windfarm, in its efforts to meet exposure  to RET Liability, which appeared to have increased duing the drought years.
 Renewable generation under construction:
 - Hallett 4 (132 MW);
 - Oaklands Hill (67 MW); and
 - Macarthur (420 MW);
  Other committed windfarms were:
  - Barn Hill, SA (150 MW);
  - Hallett 3, SA (99 MW);
  - C G Qld (300 MW);
  - Coopers Gap, Qld (300 MW);
  - Willatook, Vic (300 MW)
 Committed solar was:
