Infigen Energy third stage wind, Lake Bonney limited to under 5 MW

 - The Infigen Energy third stage at Lake Bonney in the States South East was one of the committed new generation in South Australia by AGL Energy, International Power, Roaring 40s (RECs contracted to Hydro Tas) and TRUenergy.
 Lake Bonney barred from dispatch: Infigen Energy had problems with Lake Bonney as construction had begun, but registration with AEMO was ‘ under negotiation, and output from the wind farm was limited to below 5 MW by licence conditions”.
 The July 2010 South Australian Supply and Demand Outlook by the Australian National Energy Market Operator, (AEMO) reported
 AGL Energy:   Hallett 4 located at North Brown Hill, is currently under construction and is expected to be completed around May 2011.
 International Power 71 MW distillate: A third distillate fired Frame 5 open cycle gas turbine is currently under construction adjacent the existing generation facilities in Port Lincoln by International Power. This additional unit should be complete mid 2010 and will increase the name plate capacity at that installation to 71 MW.
 Roaring 40s RECs contracted to Hydro Tas: has commenced construction of its 111 MW Waterloo Wind Farm located near the Clare Valley in South Australia, about 30 km south-east of the township of Clare. Roaring 40s has entered a long term contract with Vestas who will supply and maintain 37, 3 MW, V90 turbines and with CLP (through its subsidiary TRUenergy) and Hydro Tasmania to purchase renewable energy certificates and hedge electricity prices for the first 10 years of production.
 Hallett Power Station 23MW gas from 2011: TRUenergy has commenced work at Hallett Power Station with the addition of a new 23 MW gas turbine. The project is expected to operational from January 2011.
